Bill Kiel has been a Chartered Accountant and has been licensed to practice public accounting in Ontario by the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1971. After 32 years in public accounting and industry, he formed Kiel & Company Chartered Accountant Professional Corporation in 2001 to offer a full range of public accounting services under his own firm. The firm is located in downtown London and serves a broad range of clients.

Bill Kiel BA. CA
Since 2001 Bill has been President and CEO of Kiel & Company
Chartered Accountant Professional Corporation working with a wide
variety of assignments including income tax compliance services,
financial statement audits and reviews, acquisition due diligence
and divestiture consulting, business plan consulting and general
owner manager business advice. Prior to that time Bill was an employee
and Partner in an international public accounting firm for 19
years, Director of Corporate Finance Services for an International
public accounting firm for 4 years, CFO/CIO for Ontario's largest
agricultural cooperative for 4 years and President and CEO for 7
years of a multi location Canadian distributor and importer.
Mark Hasak
Mark’s primary field of practice is Canadian corporate and personal taxation, however, he also performs audit, review and accounting engagements. He began his career in the banking industry as a financial planner by obtaining a diploma in Financial Services at Fanshawe College as well as completed the Canadian Securities Course. Mark then obtained a Bachelor’s Degree of Administrative and Commercial Studies and a diploma in Accounting from The University of Western Ontario as well as successfully completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-depth Tax Courses Parts I and II. Mark worked for three years in the tax group with one of Canada’s largest accounting firms where he gained experience that helps him better serve his clients in a smaller firm environment.
Julieth Garcia
Julieth is an experienced office manager and accountant. She is experienced in small business computerized software and works with clients to solve their daily, monthly and yearly small business accounting requirements.
